This rain chain looks great and works even better! We're using it to feed water into our rain barrel, and it's handled the job with no issues. There's a little bit of splash-out in heavier rain, but that's to be expected. The black powder-coated aluminum looks sharp and feels durable. Easy to install, and it adds a nice decorative touch to our gutter setup while staying fully functional. Highly recommend for anyone going the rain barrel route

This rain chain works well, even with the type of downpours in Louisiana, so the cup size can handle any weather. They look (and sound) attractive. I love sitting outside when it rains to watch the water come down. The installation was easy and quick. They have been up for two seasons, and we don't see any signs of wear.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for our pergola as the constant rain drip is leaving heavy marks on the concrete. I bough the extension to creat two long chains. Working great. The little buckets have a nice detail.

I just installed these, so I don't know how well they work in the rain yet. The baskets are a nice shape and seem like a good quality. However, the links that hold the baskets together have a poor paint job. The paint was flaking off straight out of the package. I'm not sure what material the links are. They don't seem like they are stainless steel. I'm hoping they are aluminum, or else they will be rusting due to the poor quality paint job on them.

The media could not be loaded. This is just what we needed. We just re-graveled our campsite and didn't want the downspout to wash away all the new gravel during a heavy rainstorm. A friend suggested a rain chain and we found this one on Amazon. It's beautiful and was a lot less pricey than some of the others we looked at! It has already been through some pretty heavy downpours and has done exactly what we wanted it to - it slows the gutter drainage down enough so that it doesn't wash away all of our new gravel! And as a plus, it's cool to watch in action! We would definitely recommend this item!

This product looks good, but the function of it is horrible. It’s advertised as a high volume rain chain. It can’t even handle a medium volume. You’re better off having nothing at all. They cause water to splash all over the place. More water was splashing out then going down the center. I built my own rain chains with actual chain in the front of my house and they worked 10 times better than these.
