I have to say I'm so excited !!! I always have tension because of my job. I can't afford a masseur! I use this massage seat almost every day. It has 12 massage nodes, I think that's one of the reasons why I chose this product instead of other products. It is very pleasant to be massaged after a long day of work, the physical exhaustion is thereby significantly improved. The customer service is very patient and polite. She has always reply the query promptly and help solve the problem.My conclusion: If you've been thinking of buying a massage seat for a long time and expect absolute top quality combined with "impeccable service", this product is absolutely recommended.

I'm 5'10" tall and my husband is 6' tall. This massager fits us both; it can be adjusted in the chair to the right height since there is no massager in the seat. We love it. Much stronger than the massage chair we have at home. I wouldn't recommend it for the car, however. The rolling shiatsu balls would be too distracting to try to drive with it running in my opinion.

I like the fact that this is made to reach the whole neck area and it’s pretty strong. The worst is do not stay in it more than an hour you will feel sore in your back .

This is the second one for my work place! After we bought the first one for my home. My husband and I really love this massage chair!! We are owner of restaurant, you know since we open the business, work too much! we both have shoulders and back pain . We really need relax after whole day work, this chair work wonders on our aches and pains , it is not super powerful, but just about right way on your pain ! I highly recommend!

The product offers a wide range of options. The controls of the neck and back messager are independent of each other so either one or both can be used at the same time. The back massager goes the full length of the device and the neck portion is height adjustable to suit different people. Highly recommended.

This back massager is everything and more! I sleep really bad so I am always waking up with back aches and knots in my shoulders and back. This massager has been heaven set for me when it comes to pain relief. There are different modes to choose from depending on the type of massage you want and intensity level. It can be used at home , in the office, or in the car.

Value and it works unlike other portable back massagers

Was very awkward to use. I’m about 5’6“ tall. The top massagers were way too high hitting the back of my head and no where near my neck and the back massagers don’t go high enough to touch my neck and shoulders. So it was totally useless for my as most of my tension is in my neck and shoulder area. I returned it. If they could some some make it shorter, or make the massage head run the entire length instead of separating the top massage heads from the lower massage heads that would be great. I don’t recommend if you are average height or shorter.

A fairly effective neck & back massager, especially when combined with a good foot and calf massager. I cut the vibrating pad off of it though, it was unnecessary and uncomfortable to sit on, also the velcro strap on the back needs to be longer as it doesn't reach around my office chair fully, hence the four stars.The neck massager digs deep into your traps and hugs your neck nicely, the back massager is also very firm on my upper back and I can hit my lower back better if I sit on a pillow, a small compromise for a great back massage.

This is great, you can convert any chair into a massage chair and it works so well. The neck and back massage works amazingly, and the best part is it can be adjusted. You can raise and lower the neck part until it fits right around your neck, and you can target different areas of your back using the remote. This also goes great in combination with a foot massager if you have one of those, it's like a full body massage.

Feels sooo good. It is quite strong which I like but if you only want gentle massage, this is not for you. If you're very tall, it might not reach your neck. There is no way to adjust for height differences. The heat is quite subtle, does not become very hot. Overall, good quality. Will save lots of money instead of going to the spa for massages.

Works excellent, very strong to give a deep tissue message. Not much effect with the vibrating function and the heat setting is not noticeable. The back message needs to go a little lower, would be nice, but you can sit on a pillow to raise yourself. Also Useful for shorter people to get the shoulder message to the right height. I use it everyday, and feel much more relaxed at the end of the day.
