The media could not be loaded. It arrived about 2 weeks after my purchase with standard shipping. Its simple to put together and you can arrange it in multiple different ways besides what the directions say. It looks great! Its very comfortable! For the first 3 or say days it was a little on the firm side vut now its been 2 weeks and its perfect now thats its worn in a little. The material is great, easy to clean and so far it seems super durable! Its bigger than what I thought too. This is an excellent couch by itself and freaking amazing for the price! Im so happy and I really havnt moved my butt off of it since it arrived! You will love it! Oh and its very sturdy as well. My only issue was that it didnt come with tracking information. I was getting ready for work and I heard some noise outside and when I was walking out the door to leave for work a truck was pulling away and my couch was on a pallet in front of my yard! I was late to work and my boss ended up having to come over and help me get it inside. I wasnt gonna leave it out in my yard with no one home. So not having any tracking information was a bit of a hassle but the couch itself is wonderful. I highly recommend if youre on a budget and even if your not. ;)

Without a doubt pleased with the purchase.I checked the reviews before buying, and they were very good. Even with that, the sofa is nicer than we expected. Materials are solid, and it is quite comfortable. It is barely an inch different in size than the picture said-that mattered to us to make it fit.It was delivered sooner than promised by a VERY nice guy and the two packages were easy to move into position. We were very VERY careful with assembly so it did take several hours but was exactly as the directions said.Now, it is comfy, looks good, fits into our room exactly as we wanted.The only downside is that our dog's hair tends to stick and we have to give it a quick wipe to get rid of it.

One month in, and the foot rest extension already broke. I had to install hooks just to keep it from sliding out completely when laying on it. The pull out was poorly designed to be honest. It isn't level with the couch so if you lay on it, it dips down. I can't lay on it without getting a sore back.The couch itself is ok, but weak. Leaning too hard on the headrests breaks them pretty easily, after which they're lumpy and uncomfortable. All in all, wish I had priced out, maybe found someone local. The foot rest though was pretty awful and I hope there's a better plan on doing it in the future. Even the cushion is ripped as a result.UPDATE: It continues to break. This time a wheel split rendering it useless. Going to replace the wheels with a more heavy duty footing. Lowering my grade down to 1 star. Not worth it. 6 month warranty though... Let's see how they plan to honor it!

This couch is GORGEOUS! So smooth with clean lines and very sturdy. My heart broke when I saw scratches from the delivery, but that wasnt the couches fault. I did call the company and they were more than helpful in assisting me. I loved the couch so much that I thought it was worth the price even with the tiny scratches so they gave me a partial refund. Great couch and great customer service. I do wish the headrest at the end raised like the similar version of this couch. It's a bit annoying and I end up stacking pillows there to create some functional armrest. That's the only reason I'm removing one star. But if that's your goal (to have an armrest) this couch probably isn't for you. Other than that it's more than worth the price for it's beauty and sturdiness. Examine the pictures and accept you'll have no armrest or corner seats unless you put this against a wall. Also... there's some weird lump at that headrest spot that doesn't seem like it should be there.

The bad reviews had me questioning whether spending $1,000 on this couch, sight unseen, would come in good condition. Boxes came in good condition. No dents anywhere, wrapped well. Upon opening everything was fine. No dents in cushions, no rips or tears anywhere, nothing broken. I moved both boxes myself with the help of a furniture dolly. Sleeper sits perfectly level with the rest of the couch. Couch itself was a breeze to put together. Legs, headrests and hooking the 2 main pieces together. A tad smaller than I anticipated but measurements were correct. Initial reaction, I am very pleased with my purchase. If I have any issues I will update my review but as of now everything is in working order as expected.

With some pre drilled holes, better instructions, and better quality control I'd easily give this couch 5 stars. However, nowhere did the listing or instructions said I needed power tools, and that it was only a 15 minute assembly. Try 2 hours assembly because the fitment and quality control was just TERRIBLE. Literally nothing fit together and required a lot of jerry rigging and heavy use of drilling to finally assemble it. A notably horrible experience were the headrests. The couch includes 5 headrests and NOT A SINGLE ONE fit into the holes in the couch. I ended up scratching the sofa as a result of just trying to jam the headrest in and the arm popped out. TERRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL. We ended up bending the arms to get the headrests in and wow this sofa is beautiful and INCREDIBLY comfortable and is an excellent sleeper as well with the pullout. Despite the horrible quality control, the design and comfort of the sofa earned it an extra star.
