I have to say that at first I was a little hesitant. But the reality is, that you can buy one on Amazon or in a local store. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and its performance. This device definitely improved our coffee game!If you’re looking for a frother at a great price, look no further. One thing to always look at is the fact that a cheap frother will never ask you to purchase a warranty where this one asked if you would like to purchase the warranty, but I did not because I really don’t feel like I will need it. That being said it has performed very well and has made our coffee experience a great one daily!We have used a different frothing settings and they have all worked well. Our favorite one is a cold froth, which allows us to make a cold coffee similar to the BUCKS… having this and my espresso machine, I’ve never need to visit any coffee store or shop.

I got this frother after my Breville decided to stop working. Overall I really like this frother. Pros: heating option - I like that this frother makes my morning latte much hotter than my Breville and Nespresso; high volume for when I am heating for multiple drinks; Stainless steel carafe and sturdy spinner; the price - a fraction of the cost of other better known brands. Cons: the unit is pretty big - I took a picture compared to my older Nespresso unit; it takes a bit longer to finish. All things considered, I amMore than happy to wait a bit longer for this unit to finish. The froth is hot, not too dry and stands up. Highly recommend.

I like this frother very much - it performs well consistently, but I was disappointed to learn that it is not truly without any non-stick coating. It is advertised as all stainless steel without any non-stick coating and is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but this is what happens when you wash it in the dishwasher. There is some sort of plastic-like film that will melt and curl and flake off on the outside of the pitcher. Makes me wonder what could have been applied on the inside of the pitcher that the manufacturer is not disclosing. For that, I give a lower rating because it is deceptive.

I bought this because my Keurig Cafe consistently produces inconsistent froth..Very hit or miss. and when it's a miss the thing refuses to allow you to give it an additional cycle.The Symdral produces a nice, thick froth and it's consistant provided you do your part.When I say do your part.. I'm usually running a mix of Caramel Macciato crweame and Hood fat free milk.as long as I get the mix ratio right I get a nice thick froth and it's consistant..And if I do happen to get the mix wrong it allows for an extra short cycle that tightens things up nicely!Go Gitchu One!!!! You won't be dissapointed.

Needed to upgrade from using a handheld milk frother for my matcha. I purchased a Breville assuming because it cost $150+ it would be exactly what I needed. It mixed the matcha well however, the milk only got warm. I returned it the following day. This frother is everything the needed, mixing the matcha with clumping and hot or extra hot if I wish at half the cost. I use soy milk and not interested in a lot of foam so I didn’t test for the amount of foam it would create.

Worked well while it lasted. Bought in October of 2023. With daily use only lasted to September of 2024. Will look elsewhere for a replacement.

EDIT: Using the 2% milk did the trick. Steaming coffee and delightful foam. 10/10 would recommend! :)Granted, I am still in the honeymoon phase with this frother/steamer however, the few times that we've used it the foam has a lot to be desired. Perhaps it has to do with the fat percentage of the milk that I'm using? I don't know. We're going to keep trying to get the right consistency and if I do I will update my review. The heating works well. It is extremely easy to clean. Only one button with 4 functions. Very straightforward.

Great to heat milk and getting it a little foamy versus knocking it in the microwave. Easy to clean up, and big enough so I can enjoy a big mug of hot chocolate. Only takes about a minute or so and pretty quiet. I will mention it takes a few cleanings with hot soapy water to get rid of the machine oil residue before you use it for the first time.
