The cover is indeed 10 layers and it is thicker than any others I've ever used. I'd definitely recommend it. Time will tell how well it's made since it will be in the Texas Summer heat of 100+ degree days! It's not a perfect fit for my Toyota Tundra, but it works. It seems a little smaller (especially the cab measurement) than the measurements on the Amazon site. My only negative was that the center strap broke the very first time I put it on (I'd recommend heavier duty straps and connectors). I just tie the two pieces together or leave the center strap off since the front and back straps are sufficient to keep it secured. I may try to fix it somehow the next time I take it off. I thought about returning it, but that's a lot of hassle for one broken strap. Make sure you don't pull on the straps too hard when trying to tighten them or the strap or the connector will possibly break. I'd recommend it to anyone as compared to other covers out there and it's a decent price.

I was amazed as well as the cover looked and fitted. I just bought another car, dodge citidal after trading in a dodge journey. The cover we had for the journey was smaller then the one I needed for the citidal. I used the smaller cover to keep tree sap off the car before the new one arrived.I was out washing the car when Amazon pulled up. I met the driver at his door so he wouldn't have to get out. Saved him a few steps. LolGreat cover. Hope it will last for a few years

Large SUV cover fits my Ford Expedition nicely.The material seems to be multi-layered and rather steady. Time will show how it keeps up with the weather - so far so good. Another good feature is that the cover has long tie-downs to keep it from being blown off from the SUV in high winds.

This cover was a great value and well made. However it was the largest they make and because it is of generic origin... didn't fit like i would have hoped. Otherwise was great... I have a 2016 Ford Super Duty

Fits a single cad short bed truck good, the inner layer is soft and has three straps to secure it front middle and rear.

The cover fits like a glove. It’s definitely water proof as well. 5/5 recommend.
