I developed Heel Fat Pad Syndrome 18 months ago and it is a really painful condition. There is no treatment, except time, so management is all important. Reducing inflammation by taking the load off the heel is an essential part of this. I have tried several types of gel and silicone heel cups, and I found these ones are the most comfortable and hardest wearing. The size given is to do with body weight rather than foot size, but I had no problem with this - I have size 6 1/2 feet and these fitted my trainers, though not my 'best' shoes. Trainers were a better option for my feet anyway. After 18 months of continuous wear, my original pair are still going strong. This second pair is to leave in shoes at my daughter's house for convenience. My heel is 90% better, but I am happy to wear these on a long term basis if needed - I don't even notice they are in my shoes. Highly recommended.

As a sufferer of plantar fasciitis my physio recommended these to help with the therapy he was giving me. They took some getting used to and as he said they need to 'bed in' I persevered. My reason for 4 not 5 stars is that you have to be careful what style of shoes works best for them so they are not a universal fit - but that might be my foot shape. Overall they do a good job.

They felt a bit weird first few steps (I put them inside my trainers) went out for a walk and I couldn’t believe the difference that they made, I was in agony before I tried these. So pleased with my choice, will be ordering more for sure

Just started suffering from plantar fasciitis right at the back of the bottom of my heel, so it is unbearable to put any weight on it. Decided to give these a try but they are actually aggravating rather than helping it. The first day I tried them in my shoes and went for a walk I got a handful of steps when the pain got so bad I had to stop and could hardly limp back to the car. The pain was excrutiating. Rested my heel up and it did feel slightly better, not much, but not as bad as with the supports. Wore them again today as I had a hospital appointment and had to walk along a corridor to get there, and the pain was back as bad as the first time I wore them. The one in the shoe of the foot I don't have pain in felt fine - you would't even know it was there, but the sore heel just felt as if I was standing on something that shouldn't be there and felt so uncomfortable.

You probably buy these & place them in your existing shoes. Right? Unless you have a pair of magic shoes that extends the length of your shoes, you probably find this is a waste of money. It is not as simple as you thought. I find they are very uncomfortable to wear on & it defeats the whole purpose of buying in the first place.

I have tried so many products and I’m happy to say this worksI’ve suffered from planta fasciitis for about 3 years and now have bone spurs in my heel too. As soon as I wore these the cushioning gave me so much relief from the pain that I suffer every minute of the day. These little heel cups are amazing!

So disappointed. They just raise my feet up so that my shins hurt. There's something wrong with the design I think. Wouldn't mind but they were not cheap. I was expecting something really good.

Bought for my Dad as he was suffering from Plantar facilitus. They made his walking painless, more comfortable, snugg & made a huge difference. These Tuli's helped him get through whilst he was getting physio. Easy wipe clean or wash with cold water - silicone material. Worn everyday in different shoes & lasted aprox one year until the edges started wearing out. Will purchase again.
