These seem to really work or else it's the cheese on toast I've been eating every day for a month to help heal a fracture :) I had three really weak nails on my right hand with ridges that would break at the ends even when the nail was short. These nails are much much better and growing out.So I recommend these if you don't get enough Vitamin B or D in your diet.

The issue is that many people need high doses of B's if they are deficient. I have used this product and it is okay. It is not as strong as some premium complexes. If you have a depletion of B's you will need a lot higher dose of some of the B's. I have found no significant difference in how I felt when I took this product. You can get a better dose of B's from some quality multivitamins. This product did not work for me.
