We are remodeling our kitchen and this is the first “hood” microwave we have (kitchen was from 1973!). Love the sleek design and looks great. Super straightforward to use and heats food great. My kids love the cute beeps it makes when cooking is done.

I like how this LG model matches perfectly with my Whirlpool stove. And it works well👌🏾.

This LG microwave stopped working, the LG REPAIR MGMT TEAM is worthless. The PEARSON CONTRACTING INC, another worthless maintenance company assigned by LG, doesn't value customer's time. They don't show up for scheduled appointments, no heads up, and do not even bother to communicate for rescheduling. The LG product, the service, customer service doesn't have a clue about the status, these people are lazy to its core.

Came a little dented like other reviewers said but nothing seen once installed. It’s beautiful, quiet and works wonderfully. I like the low fan mode my other LG was loud and high and then blast off high. Hopefully this one lasts a decade like my other. If you can install yourself I say go for it. Took me about an hour and had my wife helped me pick it up for final install. The templates were NOT FUN but adequate.

Loved the style; it worked well with very light use for 14 months, then the megatron, ie the main unit that heats the food, went out. Luckily, I had a 2 year warranty. Called LG, they sent out a non LG technician. Her answer when she came out to look at the microwave: "we don't have parts for that model". Called LG back, they sent out an LG technician who supposedly fixed it be replacing the megatron. Now it comes on sometimes, does not come on at other times. Called LG again, they again sent out a non LG technician again. Same response: "we don't have any parts for that model, only LG has the parts". Turns out LG only has one tech for the whole East Bay. I don't understand why LG keeps sending out non LG technicians who cannot, or will not, get the parts. Waste of my time. Waste of the company's time and money. Would not buy another LG product.
