Kent Natural Shine Radial Pure Bristle Brush Small

I had a brush like this years ago. It was lost in luggage I had that went missing and I replaced it with a plastic barrel brush with silicone barrel. What a mistake that was! I don't know why I waited so long to buy this brush. Feels lovely in your hand, easy to grip and pull hair through, and makes my hair SO shiny and smooth - combined with my Dyson hairdryer, I can do a lovely blow-dry now with no need to straighten. Worth every penny.

Excellent brush replacement for an identical one my husband had had for years. Quality just as good as before.

I used to use a brush like this when I was a kid. I think in those days all brushes were pure bristle. My hair is very fine now and subject to awful static. However, since throwing away my plastic bristle brush and using this I haven't had any static at all. Someone said that they found it hard to get the bristles through the hair and it felt as if it was slipping. I experienced this too - but with practice and separating thehair into layers, it works fine. Unlike the plastic, hard bristles you don't feel the impact on the scalp so much, but it's definitely getting through. I also enjoy brushing my hair forward from the roots at night before I go to bed. My hair looks shinier and thicker since I started using this brush. Very pleased and wish I'd got one years ago.

Again this is a good brush for the hair but sometimes takes a bit of getting used to using for blow drying.

Many many years ago I was told by one of the first unisex hairdressers in the UK to use a brush not a comb as a comb rips out your hair by the roots, but a brush massages the scalp. Baldness is in the genes on my father's side but I still have all my hair, no bald patches or receding hairline, so I bought this for my son. Product looks good and feels good but I haven't used it as my son would probably be disgusted, though I've had and have similar brushes with long (student) and short hair (wet or dry). Good packaging, you know it's new not used.Also perfect with a rotating action, for those guys who don't want "a hair out of place" .....

Like some of the other reviewers have found, this brush didn't seem to be able to grasp my hair. My hair isn't particularly thick but there's lots of it. I bought it because my plastic brush was causing my hair to be static, but this one made it even worse. Disappointing especially from a Kent hairbrush! I returned it and got a refund.

Product arrived quickly and in good condition.Brush has some nice qualities, well made, but I don't think it is 100% pure boar bristle as advertised.A bit disappointed but I still use it.
