Best seat pad
Product exactly as shown in picture. I have bought a few different ones and this one is by far the best seat pad. Large area for bigger people but still works fine for small and skinny people. Super comfortable and seems really good quality for the price.

Made for those who need a lumbar support that works and puts pressure in the right place.
Almost all such products wobble around and do not hit the right spots. This design is made for those who really need a lumbar support to prevent backaches after prolonged sitting. The straps, the seat, and design are all well made to keep that lumbar support in place and effective. Highly recommended for those who really need lumbar support. For those looking just for a soft cushion, this may not be for you. This back rest actually provides support to the lower back in the correct locations. This is not just a simple back rest with a cushion.

Well designed back support
I've been using this product for about a week now and it definitely seems to help my back and posture.I have a bad back (herniated discs) and this helps in keeping it from flaring up.It fits in my chair ok (I have a gaming chair, a little narrow than regular chairs), is firm and has great cushion. It does, however fit a regular sized office chairs great. It holds it's shape and cushion very well - does not sink a lot while sitting. The curves in the cushion seems to go along with the natural curvature of my back.It feels like well made product. The material/fabric do not feel cheap. I like the dark color of the fabric too - blends in with typical dark office chairs.A couple things that I'm not a fan of is that it seems a little bulky and doesn't really fit in a backpack so it's not very portable.I think it's definitely suited for an office setting especially if you sit for long periods of time and would be great as a car cushion as well for those long (or short) trips! Would recommend for anyone, not just people with back issues, like me.

Should of ordered a while ago
This is amazing, I work a 9-5 desk job and this helped my back so much!!! The first day it wasn’t 100% comfortable because it wasn’t fully inflated and I wasn’t use to sitting up this way, but it was great by the second day. No longer going home with back pain, very comfortable. I also am considerably overweight but super short and it still was comfortable.

If you have a small bootie, this is perfect. If not, keep looking.
The design, as shown by all their images, is the back support should nestle into the lower back and force you to sit up properly. By the time my well-rounded derriere fits into this cushion, the back support was being pulled down to shove annoyingly at the iliac-crests and sacrum. This makes leaning back a whole new experience in uncomfortable as the area from lower back upward is literally without support and being held 5-6 inches from the back of the chair. But at least the lower area works, you ask? Ahem, no. I should have paid more attention to the images, even in them you can see the person seated has their lower thighs 'lapping over' the edge of the cushion. For those of us with larger butts, this thing results in not having enough length along the back of the thighs to keep the legs from feeling like the support just drops away. The edge pushing awkwardly at the back of the thighs and causing constant shifting and trying to lift your legs (even with a foot stool) to stop that pressure...adding pain to hips and oddly the knees. The long and short of it? If you are like me and you have a well-rounded backside, this is not the support you are looking for.

Not quite what I was expecting
This thing is more a pillow than a seat. It says it can be used anywhere, but that anywhere needs to be shaped like a chair with a back. The thing came vacuum sealed to compress the memory foam to save space and the way it folded small didn't bode well. Cut it open and waited a day for the foam to uncompress. So the entire thing is too soft and you need a chair to actually give support, it can't provide it on its own. If you tighten the two straps it really does nothing, the straps just dig into the soft foam and the back kinda collapses down(picture a skinny belt cinched tight around a ordinary pillow). If there's no chair back or wall and you lean back, you're basically going to fall backwards. It says you can use it on the floor, but no way unless its on the floor against the wall. Shame because i'm a sports photographer and sitting cross legged on the floor alot, i was hoping for something that could give me back support. If they maybe offered some plastic inserts to stiffen it or redesigned the way the straps attached to spread out the forces so it doesn't just squish the foam in.As for the performance itself, it offers pretty good comfort and lumbar support. It only covers the lower back so it would be nice to lean shoulders back too. The butt portion is more shaped to fit your body than typical chairs. If i were to do it again i'd probably get a tall backed chair with good lumbar support and get just a shaped cushion for the bottom. For now its being used by my elderly father while he exercises with a desk cycle. The pedal motion hurts his tailbone and the thick cushion alleviates that

It WORKS Like a Charm for Me!!!
Wow, I'm impressed! I've had back problems for over 50 years and over the past eight years, which included a significant hip, leg and back injury, sitting for more than 10 minutes at a time really stiffens the lower back muscles. I do a fair amount of music research and editing for my guitar playing, so sitting has been problematic.I got the Lumbar Lift a couple of days ago and let it decompress for about 36 hours before using it. (NOTE: It comes in a vacuum sealed bag, so it needs time to fully decompress back to normal size. It does have an unusual odor to it when as it inflates, so I let it decompress out in the garage. I can't detect any order now.)I set it up on the "lumbar friendly" office chair I have been using for a few years, sat for about 45 minutes at the computer and then stood right up with NO stiffness or pain in the lower back. I moved it to a recliner chair, watched TV for 30 minutes and again, up with NO stiffness or pain. I'm taking this sucker with me everywhere I go.
