This purchase was actually my second Dania and Dean baking mat. My daughter saw mine and wanted a smaller version. I was able to tell her how convenient, clear and easy to read the markings are. How easy it is to clean. How stable it is-which she was able to see herself. The size fits her counters while mine fits my island. Dough rolls easily.

Nice. Just what was needed. I like how it stays in place when I am working on it. The markings are clear, and the pattern, while a little "busy" is not distracting. Cleans up well and after it dries (I hung it over my oven door handles like a towel rack) it rolls up easily for storage.

At firstI thought this was not something I really needed. Boy was I wrong. The various measurements let me see just how far I need to go to roll out my crust that will actually fit my pan, whether an individual pie or a larger slab pie (for church function or to feed lots of company).It serves as the working surface and not on the kitchen counter. I can cut out biscuits or cut out cookies, or knead breads, etc.It has a good thickness to it. The different printed circles go for making pies or even as large to rollout homeade pizza or puff pastry dough. Easy to clean, to store and use over and over.

This is a great baking mat. I use it all the time for making bread and pizza dough. It provides an excellent surface for kneading, rolling and cutting all kinds of dough.It's easy to clean and so far is very durable.

I love this baking mat, easy for rolling dough, easy to clean, and store, also stays in place My only complaint was measurements for volume and weights was very blurry and difficult to read.

Large and small combo works great. Bought it for using with backing and making various items using dough. Has been working well so far and holding good. Cutting using regular knife does create scratches but using mold (less sharp) works better and does not create noticeable scratches.

This makes baking fun again. No messy kitchen. Big and stays in place. Very easy to clean. Love it and wished I had it years ago.
