Not too overpowering. Burns well.

This candle burns well. It's getting four stars because the candle was not scented as expected. But you take a chance with stuff like that when you order online. But it was well worth the price and burned for a very long time.

I like the size of this lavender vanilla and musk fragrance because it last for long time, the scent it's delicate and relaxing yet surrounds all the room, the brand has changed the exterior box making it more giftable, in addition it includs samples of the other scents available so there isn't any guessing when ordering new candles, once it's finished the vase holding the candle can be used for other purposes, looking forward to try other scents in the near future.

Delightfully beautiful. I had a hard time finding gardenia candles in my area. Everything these days is some type of designer smell candle. I found candles that smell like "success," "autumn morning," "love and serenity," and many other even sillier names. These marketing tactics trying to sell you a "feeling" do not work for me but rather push me away. I seek natural "smells" of flowers, woods, resins, etc. I expect to find these either on their own, like the beautiful gardenia candle I'm reviewing here, OR a mixture of them but I hope to find these clearly written on the label. I'm stating this as after so much local searching, I turned to amazon and found HomeLights offering a good size 33.3oz plain and clear "White Gardenia" candle. I had to wait for it but the wait was very much worth it as the candle indeed does smell like most precious gardenias.I will definitely be buying again from HomeLights for not only does the candle smells as what it claims to smell like but their candles names are of what the candle smells like, no funny name masking some designer bs smell.The package came with sniff samplers for their other candles which is a very nice touch.

I have always wanted a big candle, cause I burn through mine so quickly that I typically have a large backstock. I like the scale of this candle, and it is completely functional and has a decent scent.I will say, I expected this to have a different scent. Like a musky cherry. But it smelled more like apples to me…if that makes sense.It doesn’t have a huge throw, but walking by it is pleasant and I’m okay with it. It does burn a little funky given the shape and size. So if you light, you need to burn for a solid 4+ hours.Overall, I’m content and would try for a different scent down the line.

One of the elegant candle in my house. I haven’t lit it yet. I won’t until any occasion but I’m so happy how it spreads lavender aroma all over my living room without lighting it. Has a good strong scent. Box came with a lot of samples scents swatches too
