Bluetooth doesn't work at all and therefore not a smart watch. See this is a common fault in this product. Nice watch though and not bad for the price- just not a smartwatch.

Literally the most confusing thing to work out how to use.bought a second battery and its still not working

It doesn't work... Got it for christmas of my mum. Opened the box and It doesn't work. I took the back off to have a look if the battery was there and now I cant fit the back on again and it still doesn't work.. Now ive come to return it and I cant :(

Please note: a lot of positive reviews are clearly not related to this item. Arrived broken. I can clearly hear the clock working inside but hands not moving. Bluetooth pairing impossible with both android and ios.

Received. Very confused though. When I go to download the Q code everything is in Chinese (translatable on Google translate, not a massive issue so far). The main issue is that the apk file I'm asked to load has MASSIVE access issues. Says it will be allowed to make calls, send texts, amend messages and calls and basically will have free access to my entire phone. Also the phone screen doesn't look capable of displaying anything, so is it just going to bluetooth everything to my phone? Doesn't seem to be a smart watch as I understand one to be. Nice enough watch and everything, just not what it says it is and appears to have dodgy software. Any other purchasers think the same? ???

I returned the first one as it didnt work, the second one I have I managed to pair but the clock doesn't work! This one is going back as well. Rubbish.
