I’ve tried the old chirp wheels and they’re still great, but now I prefer the knobby wheels. Had the knobby wheels been an option back when I first got the chirp wheel, I’d just get those instead. They work a lot better for me. I bought all 3 since they work in different ways. If I had to pick one I’d pick the smallest one. That one gets my upper shoulders and neck just right. The larger wheels seem to be better for lower and mid back.The larger wheels look rough but they really aren’t uncomfortable to use the foam is just rigid enough to push a little deeper into your muscles. The smallest one is the most rigid on the bumps. It is uncomfortable to use lower and mid back since it’s more aggressive and there’s more of your body weight on a smaller point, but it’s perfect for my upper back and neck as I previously mentioned.They’re a little pricy considering it’s just plastic and foam, but I can’t argue with the results and that it’s cheaper and more effective than the chiropractor for me. These things really help

I had lower and upper back pain that projected to my neck from tons of cardio I do. This product literally stret he'd me out so well,after 30 minutes on it I had no lower back pain. All my back pains were gone I literally jumped off of it because it's do much fun. Gives you awesome deep muscle message after weights which actually circulates your muscle more, helping with the tearing and rebuilding. I'm beyond greatful for the cracks, the IMMEDIATE improvement of posture I literally thought I was aging but I'm pretty sure there's such thing as s healthy back because literally after ONE 30 minute use I was younger and for sure stronger, enerigized i was about yo run after a work out. Feel amaziiiiiing on the sores after a work out. This product shouldbe a right of passage! Last thing, I had done 2 hours of cardio leg weights so my ankles were hurting on the way to pick them up. Idk what this did but after rolling my back and legs my ankles pain was totally absent. I'm 33, I was able to run the next day. Easily the best thing I ever bought! Thank you!

I love using these and it's crazy to think of not having them after I purchased them. They genuinely help with my upper back pain, especially the middle size. As a tall person (6 foot plus) with a long neck, the smallest size doesn't help as much as I'd hope, but it still feels nice. The price is worth it given that the plastic frame has not shown any signs of strains after my 200+ pound body has used it nearly daily for a few months now. I will say though that the foam has formed some wrinkles, but they've maintained shape and I assume this is normal.I highly recommend though that if you have consistent back aches, see a professional in addition to using this. I'd consider this more of a day-to-day, short-term solution, but I've seen more long-term results with seeing a chiropractor along with using the rollers. This is your pastor, not Jesus.

They just arrived! SO I ripped them out of the box to use them. I like it, though the foam on the rollers I think need to be stiffer. I already know I will wear it out quickly with how often I need to roll out my back. It feels amazing I haven't tried the small one for pressure point yet. But the 6" one is the only one I really need that feels amazing like a good massage. The spinal canal is a good depth compared to the OG chirp wheel; which I also have but only in the 6". This roller is nice but would be perfect if the foam was firmer.Did I mention if feels good?

Honestly just buy these! As someone who works from home these are a back saver for me. They do hurt but it feels great after. They take a second to get used to rolling but super duper effective.

Worth every penny, it's better than going to a chiropractor

Make sure you look at how you use the 2 larger massagers as it requires strong core muscles.The reason for the 3 star is that all 3 are awkward to use. For the neck massager, it is designed for a petite person (I am 5’6”).They are well-made, but the knobs do not work as designed (too soft so the knobs flatten against your skin, which does not produce the focused pressure designed).

Fast delivery, reasonable price and having had another Chirp wheel for some time, expectations were high. Yes they nest together for easy storage but do they work? Short answer: yes. They each have their use and these seem to really dig in and stretch muscle tissue. I found the neck wheel particularly useful for a tight neck. It really helps. The other wheels work great on a sore back and also on sore hamstrings and calves. Highly recommend!
