Q: Can this material potentially cause any damage or wear to the metal of the watch?

it will not harm the metal in any way or form. Let me explain about the usage: in normal usage, (10-30 seconds) you renew with our kit to remove the micro scratches and signs of use, in that way, you will not lose almost any material, however if you’ll want to remove deeper scratches, it will take much more time and more effort, and you will be able to remove deeper scratches, and just a little bit more material from your watch. (But much less than machine polish) We recommend not to remove deep scratches, and to renew with our scratch removal paste - NANO CLEAR - micro polish, and our matte sponge (to renew the brushed parts of the watch) about once or twice a year, and to clean with NANO CLEAR - watch every month

Q: Is the jewelry spray abrasive also?

The spray is not abrasive. Just clear liquid. Scratch remover very disappointing though.

Q: Does it come with the microfiber cloth ?

Yes, the kit comes with a microfiber cloth.

Q: Will this work on stainless steel watch case?

I’m sure it will but I got it for my gold watch.

Excellent product

For the cost it seems really expensive, my son has lots of luxury watches and he wanted this as a gift.Not sure if I would pay this much again or try a different brand. He hopefully will love one of his Xmas gifts.
