As I'm not a small child I have to consume far more than the recommended serving to achieve the Omega values I'm aiming for, but boy are these good.If you really focus on it you can pick out the slightest bit of fish taste, but it's nothing like a cheap Omega supplement burp.Seriously, by far my favorite gummy and my favorite way to consume Omega's.These do tend to stick to my teeth, like a childs snack.
