I'm a bowler, so I use these on my knees, risk and arms. They work good fur me. I think I've order them 2 to 3 times. Good product

I use this tape daily for accessory navicular syndrome. It has changed my life. I love they are precut so I don’t have to waste time cutting each piece and rounding the edges. This really sticks and I can get up to three days use. I always remove it in the shower because it can be hard to get off.

I purchase this product often. I had surgery for a torn rotatorcuff and torn biceps tendon. The stay adhered in the shower,during heavy perspiration while working out and while working my job. Very good price.

Went on and stuck great, for multiple days, even okay after a shower. I do think the elasticity, after 2-3 days, seems noticeably reduced, so I replace it every 2-3 days. As far as if it helps injuries heal, I can’t say - I haven’t used it long enough or often enough, and don’t have any experience to compare to. I have a golf elbow injury that nothing seems to be helping with, and will probably end up getting an injection to help it heal.

Does not stay put. Clean hairless wiped skin with alcohol first as well.. cannot get this trash to stick I’ll stick with kt tape you get what you pay for also it doesn’t have the stretch it should like kt tape

Bought this as I had dislocated a hip and two ribs (team hEDS) and my ribs kept slipping out of place and I wanted something to help hold them while they heal.These strips are a great length, I like the pink, blue, and black colors, they adhere to clean skin well, and also do their job well!I did try them on my hip as well, and did develop a rash here after wearing them for an extended period. I’m not taking a star off for this, as I do have ridiculously sensitive skin and it’s hard to find adhesives that I don’t end up allergic to, so I’m not faulting the company for this.When applied to clean skin, these can actually be painful to remove they stick so well, so an adhesive remover may be useful if you are new to KT tape and may not place well, are taking it off after just a few hours, etc.I def recommend this tape though, it’s worked great for me, especially on my torso for my ribs!
