Love this water jug for fetching water at campsites and music festivals. The wide mouth makes filling it easy and I can use a water pump shower for bathing and dishes. It is a really durable plastic with no noticable smell to it. I love the strap because sometimes the walk to get water is long but the strap makes it easier to carry. Overall very happy with this jug and it has greatly elevated my camping experience.

This is used in a camper that has winterized plumbing when all water is drained. It works great at a kitchen sink and the little nozzle is convenient and directional. I also prefer the valve turn style to release water. The toggle style on other jugs takes two hands and does not allow flow control as well. Some others has stated leaks. I adjusted the tightness inside the spigot by securing a hex nut with some longer nosed pliers and adjusted it so the valve is righted firmly and the nozzle is pointed straight down. By doing this I have not encountered any leaks or drips. The fill cap is also leak free and has the convenient breather plug that is soft silicone. Easy to carry with 2 handle options and under 30 pounds when full I also like that when traveling the caps can be upright to prevent any potential leaking from a loose cap(s) in a vehicle. No one likes wet clothes, carpet or supplies. Another half gallon of volume would be nice, but so far it has not been needed. I would buy again and recommend it to other users who are particular about water containers. If you have owned faulty jugs, you know what this means. I have not put it through aggressive packing with other heavy items or in the bed of the truck, loose type traveling. My experience with jugs is to keep them far from any potential hazards as they all seem to be somewhat fragile.

Good size for 2 day trip for carrying potable water. Its just tedious to clean properly.

Nice 5 gallon water jug! Use it for camping. The big opening makes it easy to clean. The water spigot leaked after a few uses. Contacted the seller who immediately sent replacement parts. Couldn’t be happier with that service!

Pro detailer here. Have a few of these I fill with distilled and/or deionized (DI) water for jobs. Not sure if it's *the best* option for my use case, as I'd prefer something a bit more stackable. But the handles make it easy to carry, and it does the job. FWIW: someone refilling their stackables made a comment that mine are way cooler. So if looking cool is your thing, this may be for you. Also would be really great for drinking water while camping at sports games, etc. It can drip-leak when on its side, but water is generally pretty secure during transport. Comes with a few attachments and water flows smoothly. Recommended.

Water container arrived in good condition as expected, all parts were there. Filled it with water, NO leaks! Outlet valve positioned correctly and directional spout attached ok and worked.Water with "Dawn" soap cleaned out any residue and smell from manufacturing.The unit WAS heavy with 5 gallons of water but furnished strap helped to carry it.Great jug for water, glad I purchased this item......

Well put together. Gasket doesn't leak, the mouth is nice and wide so filling with ice from bags is easier, and two carry handles is very convenient. When I showed up to camp with these, everyone wanted the link to buy.
