Hi
My kids they are very happy!!!!

Bed itself is brilliant...just a shame it turned up damaged
**Unfortunately this bed turned up damaged and we had to refuse delivery. It was quick and easy to obtain a full refund from the seller. We have since obtained the exact same bed from a different seller though and below is a copy of my review of it in order to help others. We gave the bed itself a 5* rating:**This bed arrived quickly by a courier company who were very friendly. We got a date in advance and then also were provided with a 2 hour time slot.We are very lucky in that this bed arrived with no damage whatsoever and no parts missing. We had been a bit worried as we had bought the exact same bed a week earlier with a different seller and it arrived with significant damage and had to be returned...we were left with a very disappointed son.My husband started building this bed the same day. He meticulously laid everything out and counted all the fittings. The most important thing is to identify the panels before you start building the bed and mark them out/number them. The instructions have the different panels numbered...but there were only a few of the physical panels themselves that were actually numbered. My husband used light pencil marks to label the panels. You are provided with all the all of the fittings put into their own seperate bags...clearly labelled so that is brilliant and makes things easier. The fittings all seem good quality.I will say that you need a lot of floor space to build this bed as the top and the bottom bunk are made up seperately. There are a few occasions where help from a second person is needed. For example – lifting the top bed up onto the bottom one.It took my husband 4 hours to put this bed together on his own..with a toddler getting in the way. Haha. My son would be climbing all over the bed with excitement at various stages of putting it together. The bed itself is well designed, nice bright colours. Very stable. If you are going to put the bed up against a wall(s)..remember that the mattress can only enter and exit from the rear of the bottom bunk. Bear this in mind for changing bedsheets as you need to pull the mattress out a bit to put the sheets on the mattress as the mattress comes tight under where the steering wheel is.After the effort of putting the bed together we were left with a very happy little boy who loves his new bed...and a lot of people asking where we got it from. Its enclosed underneath so my son thinks its a little den and finds it very secure. My husband is already considering hanging small curtains inside on the windows etc for my son..similar to a camper van...so that its even more of a den/hideaway for him. Also – in the sale wording it doesnt advise of a maximum mattress height to use on this bed. But there is a warning on the actual bed itself. Husband measured to the warning line and based on this the mattress should be no bigger than 19cm.One criticism we could make is that the top bed is close to the bottom one. So our 3 year old keeps bumping his head on the cross bars and panels. He is starting to get used to it being low now though and the bumps are becoming less! All in all I would recommend this bed
