My 1st unit arrived damaged but their customer service was so fast and helpful I got my replacement unit so fast. I really enjoy being able to use my stand up desk so easily as it adults to different heights to fit any person size.

First off, this product was really great. It’s well made, and was perfectly functional for what we needed. However, there was a height issue that made it not perfect for our desk set up, and we needed to return it. If you initiate returns through the company directly, there is free shipping within 30 days of purchase. Customer service was beyond helpful, and the process with hassle-free. Based on my experience, I would happily buy a product for this company in the future. I wish all companies handled things as well as VariDesk.

Very functional sit stand desk. Room for ergonomic keyboard and mouse and 2 monitors. Fully adjustable height.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks, and it's worked out fine. I was worried about the slack cable needed to accommodate the monitors rising up, but with a little nylon tubing to tidy things up it looks fine. The one thing I'm not a fan of is that there's a support bar just under the back side of the desk, which interferes with my two-monitor stand clamping attachment. I had to remove the bar in order to use the stand, and it doesn't seem to have changed the stability or structure of the desk at all. The manufacturer should consider altering that piece slightly to allow room to attach things to the back edge of the desk.

Out of the box it was perfectly functional.

Having Varidesk come fully assembled is wonderful! Just unpack, place, and it’s ready to go. It’s very easy to move up and down and is solid and sturdy. Very happy with this standing desk!
