The media could not be loaded. This is the best iron I have ever used I did dry cleaning for 10 years I wish I had this iron

Very Disappointed
The space between hand grip and temperature dial is quite small so the temp dial can be moved inadvertently by the back of fingers while ironing. This iron does not make a noise when the temp is changed, frequently resulting in a too cool iron (annoying) or a too hot iron (disastrous). BTW: I do not have large hands/fingers (6½ ring size). I wish I had discovered this earlier as I definitely would have returned to Amazon.

Quick to heat. Great to use. Steam function is excellent.
I replaced a Rowenta with this iron and I am very happy that I did. The steam function works extreamly well and the iron seems much hotter than my old one. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that I do have to be careful not to bump the dial when using the iron, it seem rather easy to accidentally move the temperature dial.
