Bitter. Strong aftertaste
Bitter coffee with horrible aftertaste. Could be worse if there was less arabica to save it from being 1 star. The crema achieved is not as nice. Typical robusta bean.I would not buy this again. Not my taste for sure.I prefer the flavour and taste of Ethiopian arabica. Smoother and a better lingering taste.

An outstanding coffee
Brewed in a cafetière and served in a mug with splash of oat milk and a half teaspoon of dark Muscovado sugar, the end result in an outstanding cup of coffee. Packed with flavour and with a hint of bitterness (which I like), the notes of hazelnut and cocoa really do delight and compliment the taste of the coffee without overwhelming it. I haven't got a clue how coffee is blended and roasted but I do recognise a good coffee when I taste one and this is one such coffee. A full recommendation.

Delicious. Smoky and rich in flavour.
I didn't know what to expect with this coffee, as it is quite unusual, but after drinking about half of the pack, I've come to the conclusion that it could easily become one of my favourites. The coffee has a really rich, deep, nutty, cocoa-like flavour, which is fairly easy-going if you like a stronger cup.The coffee felt nice and fresh and gave an awful lot of flavour per cup. Are used it with both a cafetiere and also a coffee machine. Both giving really nice results.Value-wise I would say that this offered really good value as you get an awful lot of flavour out of each cup.
