My kids use these at bedtime and I’ve used them to help soothe belly aches. We currently microwave at 1 minute and by the time I make it to their rooms, it’s cooled enough to let them sleep with them. Love that the heat dissipates so no worry about leaving them with my kids. A little worried about having to clean them but no messes or stains yet. I usually put on a plate in microwave to avoid any stains from there.

I actually use them to warm my bed before I get in on a cold night. Also works well for aching body parts!

These heating pads are absolutely fantastic! They far exceeded my expectations. The material is smooth and they retain their heat for a long period of time. They're very comfortable.

I'd prefer to give this 2.5 stars but I'll give it 3. It's nice and soft and the size is just fine for my use. But the main problem I have with this heat pack is that it takes a lot longer in the microwave to heat to the temperature that I like, than all my other heat packs. I don't think I've ever had a heat pack that took so long to get to a certain temperature. It's odd really. And, I have quite a few "older" heat packs. I was hoping this one would be the "one", order a couple more, and I could then throw away some of my older heat packs. The price is great for the size but the heating time is (for me) a drawback. And finally, I've noticed that it will NOT hold the heat as long as my other heat packs.

I am very happy with this product. I have bad neck and shoulder pain and this product really helps. The instructions say two minutes but I heat it for two and a half (I have never used it for cold).It covers the areas I need and stays on well. It seems to be well manufactured… I’ve been using it for close to a year now and haven’t seen it break down in any way. The materials used are superior to other heating packs like this I have owned. I enjoy the aromatherapy aspect, it’s relaxing and helps make a difference with relieving muscle aches and tension.

Great for those aches and stiffness

Would have liked to see a more of a plain cotton sleeve rather than the more satiny sleeve it comes in. Makes it a little slippery when resting your lower back on it on the chair or sofa. All in all it does the job

Really good quality, but too heavy for my injured shoulder (bursitis and rotator-cuff tear). Unfortunately I won't be able to use it until my shoulder is better, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Quality is so bad and waste of money
