Great customer support and good product. A little pricey though
The Saj is great! I had it for a week so far and been using it to make Tannour bread and manakiesh and it cooks them perfectly when the heat is set to max. For the manakiesh, if you’re making it from scratch you have to cook the first side, flip it and then spread the cheese or zaatar on it...you cannot cook just one side and leave the other raw.One thing though, I feel like the price is very high for what the product

Did not meet expectations
I am middle eastern and we do Manakieh a lot as a breakfast, we tried it and the end results was very bad. It is not fit to do the middle eastern manakiesh etc. the bottom is done and the top is still raw. Returned it the second day I received it

Make sure you check it’s not broken
I just got this product it’s really nice and I really Like It but the Botton for on and off it came in broken , now I don’t know if they shipped it broken or the Delivery guy broke it ,
