While it take a a bit of time to set up and get the water balance right I found the spa surprisingly comfortable and spacious

My spa tub has started to leak. I emptied it and where the empty pipe is the seal has broken

Nice and large I’m 6’1 and could lay out in it, well made however mine was faulty everything worked great except the heater I had to fill with warm water to get any use of it so in the end had to send it backHad it worked it would have been brilliantAlso would have liked it to light up the water but underwater led’s are cheap enough

great hot tub ,plenty room ,instructions to put it up simple enough ,but not so on chemical use etc ,had to check with the internet and other users ,to give it the required dosages .but overall a very good product

A really great product while it works!!! MSPA worst than useless , no customer service couldn’t care less, manager keeps avoiding phone calls. After 4 months and them sending it back 3 times still broken we have given up.

The hot tub I bought went wrong within 7 months. Mspa were awful at dealing with it. I had to send the unit back 3 times, chase every time to get any details, poor communication, really impersonal service, no explanations, no hot tub for nearly 5 months. I had to make a formalComplaint and got two filters as a good will gesture. Really wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!
