The 1 liter size was perfect for (inside) our 2 person sauna. Used it all with a generous coating. It applied quickly with a brush for corners and edges and a short nap / smooth 6" detail roller but it was still about an hour job. Since I applied it with the sauna nicely heated, I'm sure some of my sweat soaked in with the oil (no problem). I included photos so you can see how it darkened the wood, a real plus in my opinion. It brought out the variations in the grain and wood tone. This was the first treatment in a 15 yr old sauna. With it looking like new again, I am hoping it won't need another coating for many more years. Oh, FYI, since it has no scent, I chose to add about a thimble of Cedar Oil essential oil which was a nice addition IMO. A great DIY project.

I have western red cedar in my sauna and this stuff is awesome, has majorly improved the look and performance. It will darken the wood but it makes the place feel like a professional spa. Worth every penny

This product works well and has a light pleasant odor. It dries quickly and provides the protection it says it will. We will use this product again.

I use it in my new barrel sauna for the floor and benches . looks good for me and cedar was changed the color to dark one but it looks nice. hope it will worst my money in the future . It has no any smalls and easy to apply it.

Used on inside of sauna and it works great. A little expensive but it works

The oil is easy to spread on the interior sauna walls and soaks in very well without any harsh smells.
