The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful fountain. We purchased 2 of different colors one for the front and back gardens. There are some things you need to know. Be EXTREMELY careful with the pump housing door. We had to send 1 fountain back because it was cracked inside the box. This is the first thing you will see when you open the box. Be very careful when you take the bubble wrap off. The fountain will not work without this part. Also if you run it all day like we do you will be filling it at least once. The included splash guards do nothing to prevent this. Also it will have to be placed perfectly level for water to drop in all of the openings.We got both of these fountains for about $200 dollars less than what 1 concrete fountain of this design would have cost that would have the same splash and leveling issue so as long as you are careful with that pump housing door its a great fountain for the price.

This was a nightmare to put together because the video was in fast motion instead of slow. I had to keep rewinding it. Also the hose provided is too short to hook up to the water pump. I notified the vendor and requested a longer hose. I will probably have to go to Home Depot or a pumping supply store to get a longer hose.

Bought the fountain used... but was supposed to be as new. Fountain arrived with a broken piece on the top, and a faulty pump. Should have just paid the extra money and bought the new one. Will not make this mistake again.

Very nice fountain. Easy to assemble, nice look, perfect water sound.

Sooo easy to put together. The birds love to bathe in it. It does dolash quite a bit of water, even with the splash preventers. In South Texas heat we must refill it 1/2 through the day. It is also easier to keep clean than the tank type fountain we had.

The media could not be loaded. The pump is not the pump in the video or described. It has no flow control to slow it down and reduce splash. It has no auto shut off if water gets low listed in the manual. It is larger and hard to fit in. You will not be able to drop it down through the opening as video shows, you have to feed the tube up instead. Looking at returning unless they supply the correct adjustable pump.Just got it yesterday, looks nice but we've had to refill it twice in one day and another soon. The bottom bowl is 2 inches smaller then the one we had so that lets a lot of water splash out. The foam baffels don't help.Update: returned- added video of water splashing out. The sun is behind to highlight the spray.
