These pills are huge. I ended up taking these vitamins with some other organic gummy vitamins to increase my nutritional intake bc being a vegan it can be hard to get all the necessary nutrients at all times. In full disclosure i only took the vitamins for a few months and so maybe that was not an adequate amount of time to see result but i didnt notice little progression through the months I was taking them like better alertness and more awareness.
