Very Good Quality Dog Food, Designed to Be Mixed With Dry Food
in recent months, my missus and I have taken to making meals for our two dogs (both quite eldery - a fifteen year old Border Collie and a twelve year old Jack Russell cross) from scratch, using frozen chicken or beef / lamb / chicken mince, with vergetables. However, it's always good to have additional proprietary branded dog food as an alternative or an addition. I've bought HiLife Banquet before, and it works well as an addition to our home cooked meals, or as an addition with kibble. The dogs enjoy the food, which looks good quality and hasn't caused any stomach upsets or digestive issues. At a little under twenty-two pounds for a box of thirty (Flaked Chicken Breast, Rice, Liver, Veg - 2X15 packs of each) it's good value for money. Happy to recommend, and will buy again

HiLife Dog Food is the BEST
I have a 5 month old puppy who suffered with an upset tum a few weeks after I got him. No change in diet, no strange things eaten anywhere as he was confined to the area at the side of the house on astro turf... I was advised to give him chicken by the vet until he was settled. I got some paste probiotics from here and I already had the HiLife marketplace meals in my cupboard because my older dog was not interested in eating much towards the end of his life. From the brown puppy food from a well known prescription brand in what looked like sludge [which is what he was eating from weaning] to proper food and he couldn't believe his eyes or taste buds. We have never looked back.....until recently he seemed to go off those. So I tried him with Banquet instead [which is almost identical but different flavours + rice which is missing from Marketplace]. He's back to licking the bowl. Now I know both Marketplace and Banquet say they are complimentary which I find odd because they are real meat and veg so I concluded what was missing was supplements. So if you are put off by that....get some vitamin and mineral paste and probiotics or an all in one and add that. It cannot be any different than any other dog food at that point. He's growing well and doing well on this diet and it saves me having to cook everything from scratch. I thoroughly recommend this dog food and it's the nicest food I've ever fed to any of my dogs. `Just for info for those wondering about how much to feed. My Bichon is now 6 months old and weighs around 7 kg. I give him 2 pouches a day - 1 x morning and 1 x evening. In between he gets a few dry chicken strips, maybe a bit of pig's ear and a chicken and pumpkin dry stick treat, depending on if he seems to be hungry between meals. I rarely give him biscuits but I do give him training treats - I recommend Lily's Kitchen, puppy chicken and salmon as they are [yet again] real meat.

Good food
This food is really good, it looks fresh and the fish pouch isn't pungent, my dogs a really fussy eater and will turn her nose up at most foods with a preference for cat food, she loves this and has 2 pouches a time, price is OK for 30 pouches but B&M do one exactly the same and it's 50p per pouch
