AMAZING! Really does have a great lemon taste. Not a weird chemical one. Taste like real lemon juice was just squeezed into the bottle. Its not too subtle, any stronger and you might as well just pour a bottle of lemon juice on whatever you're going to eat, it would be the only thing you'd taste. This coming from someone that would enjoy doing just that lol, but I know that's not the majority of people. Avocado oil flavor is not intrusive at all, I didn't even notice it at all. Dressing is also slightly creamy and altogether addicting. Have been slathering it on everything.

This dressing tastes fantastic and is low in calories. It’s the best bottled dressing I’ve ever tasted. Full of healthy ingredients.

I don’t tend to use dressings on my salads but this dressing works perfect as a flavored oil blend in making guacamole. Add this dressing, some chopped sweet onion, some cilantro, and a freshly smashed avocado then serve. It is absolutely delicious and so easy!

I've been searching for something I can use for salad dressing and for marinade with clean ingredients that didn't include vinegar and sugar, two things I cannot have. This product fits the bill perfectly and it's delicious. I'm thrilled to have found it. The only drawback for me is that it's very expensive. If it were more affordable I would buy a bunch of them. However, based on taste and ingredients, I highly recommend it! Since writing this review I have found this product at Whole Foods, owned by Amazon, and other stores for $5 less per bottle I will no longer buy it on Amazon. They are supposed to charge less not more. Also, I'm finding the sodium/salt content too high. I have hypertension and this raises my blood pressure too high every time I use it.

The flavor is super bold and unlike any dressing I've ever had. It's a little pricey, but it's definitely worth trying at least once.
