Unfortunately our first frame arrived with damage to one corner, which looked like it had happened before it had been packed, as the outer packaging was undamaged and the frame was very well wrapped in bubble wrap. However, The Frame Company were very quick to put this right and quickly sent a replacement, which was fine. So great customer service from them. The design of the frame is very nice. I wouldn't say it is the most robust frame, but for the money it is excellent value and looks great

I purchased this as I had recently bought the same pattern in a larger frame size and both have arrived quickly and have been well packaged to prevent damage. Pleasantly surprised to find real glass in this frame. Seems good quality and is perfect if a 'vintage' or 'regal' looking frame is what your after.

Exactly what I wanted to frame a new print. Felt a little flimsy but now it’s up on wall looks super. Also looks a lot more expensive than it is. Will buy again.

I used these to frame my paintings. I like the antique patterns and the size was good for A3, although they cropped it by about 1cm on each side. They are rather heavy and pricey, though, and I'm not sure about the sturdiness as I haven't used them for long enough.
