I bought this for my trip to Bali!! It was the best purchase. If you need the vacuum right when you get it you can definitely use it without charging. The only thing is: I wish there was an on and off switch instead of a button. I kept accidentally hitting it in my bag when I was switching planes. Other than that it holds a charge! I was out of the country for 8 days and switched to 3 different villas and used the vacuum each and every time without having to charge it again!! Great storage capacity and don’t fill over the line. Rolling your clothes helps as well for an even more compact space. Hope this helps someone else out too!

great bags. sturdy and had plenty of room to stuff clothes and still zip up and pump the air out.We didn't even use all the bags that came with the order! I liked that at the end of the trip, we were able to separate the clean and dirty cloths and didn't have to come home and wash everything in the suitcase.

I ordered these bags to use for my son to go to summer camp. Kids had to have a beach towel, bath towel, sheets and blanket all in one suitcase with a week of clothing. I love that the vacuum is portable and rechargeable and it worked VERY well to get the air out and compress the bags to make more space. The bags were easy to use. They were thick enough to not tear easily and the zipper at the top was easy to pop on and slide the bag shut. The vacuum was easy to use.The only thing that kept this from 5 stars is the size of the bags. While I should have paid more attention to the sizes of the bags included, really only 2 were usable for my purposes. The others were just too small to really be able to fit any sort of clothing - I'm not sure what the XS bags would be useful for. (To be clear, I was able to put both a beach towel and a thin bath towel into the biggest bag, which is a size S. And I put his sheets into the other size S bag.)All, in all, this is a great product - just make sure you realize what size bags you are ordering.

These worked great. The sliders are not really necessary because the are like a double zip bag. The openings are not that big, I would recommend larger bags for a long trip. Very easy to use.

They were smaller than I thought they were going to be, but they still served their purpose and I made it work for the items I needed to seal very very easy for travel

Bought these as a test for a cross country motorcycle ride with the wife because she brings everything. I was able to put 5 days of my clothes in 1 saddlebag and still had more room. The first thing I did when I received this was put a shirt in a bag and seal it to see how long it would keep air out. After 3 days it still held.

We bought these bags for an extended vacation. We purchased the hand pump because we thought it would avoid any potential problems with an electric pump. Wrong! The bags were very sturdy, and we had no trouble packing and traveling to our destination. We saw the pump was cheap plastic, but we thought it should hold up and do the job. However, when it came time to repack and return home, the first time we used the hand pump, there was a 'pop' and it quit suctioning! So beware of the pump and be prepared to have a solution!

Overall works very well. Seals tightly, hand pump definitely pulls all the air out. Only concern is approximately eight hours later when I took the package out of my suitcase, it was still pretty collapsed, but I noticed some air was getting in. Seems like it might hold the vacuum just long enough for you to get to your destination in some circumstances. But it doesn’t stay vacuum sealed completely. Deserves better than three stars. (Average/unremarkable) but not 5 stars (perfect/can’t be improved). NOTE: have not used the electric pump. Also, the blue slide clamps are useless feature - not mandatory; can easily seal it using your fingers.
