for those considering this for dragon medical dictation i can report it works great. much more sensitive and accurate for me than the handheld dragon microphone.

Great for the price. Not for those with giant head
I work in a call center & I’m just not yet willing to spend an arm and a leg for a nice headset. This one is very clear and has pretty good noise cancellation. Compared to the wireless ones I tried, it actually sounds like a phone call instead of someone talking to you from inside an air vent.Wired just seems a lot better all around even though you do have the downside of not being able to walk away from your computer.The fit is ok. I do sometimes get annoyed with the thing going around my head. It isn’t too tight but definitely needs repositioning throughout the day to keep me from having a headache. The earpiece cushion is extremely thin and I had to buy a replacement that is better quality.I will definitely upgrade them in the future, but they work well and haven’t had any problems other than the fit.There isn’t a lot of room to expand the length of it either so if you have a giant head it’s prob not gonna work out.

Not worth the purchase
This product I purchased and less than 30days my callers begin to say they couldn't hear me and there was a lot of static in the line. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a headset to purchase this one. I ordered this exact model because I previously had it but was given it by a colleague and when it begin to have this exact same issue I thought to buy my own maybe the one they had given me was used. But sure enough its doing the exact same thing brand new. Horrible product.

Not what shown in picture
It shows in the pic that the head rest part has cushion and it’s plastic and it was supposed to be a c adapter and it’s not. It did come super fast tho. Just false advertising for sure

Product was not sealed. Looked used when I purchased new. Missing ear cushions.
