We just got delivered our new jacuzzi, whirlpool hot tub. As far i could see it Looks great. We purchased The top of the line 59" long, I had already va vadcexoerience with another tub i just ordered, and the shiooi company cancelled the order without an explanation. This tub i made sure it had the most recent positive reviews . Delivery unbelievably fast 2 days/3 nights, and on time as promised by Anazon.Acrtder truck with 2 delivery guys, very cordial & helpful, ready to help. They began unpacking the box fir me to make sure it was what i gad ordered, and was in perfect condition. Overall , it appeared to be in perfect condition, not obvious damage, everything looks perfect, new. Has a faucet already attached,, digital display, and I could just screw on the handheld sprayer head. The tub was perfectly wrapped with bubble wrapper to prevent it from getting dqnaged.. Hopefully, is akso functional, ready for my husband to soak while seeping margaritas, LOL. .. .The rub had foam bars in the top to prevent it from danqgubgctye faucet and display. Heavy-duty corrugated corners of cardboard on the 4 sides to protect the body of the tub, , everything bubble wrapped all around . Inside was the manual, and spray head; Eventhing else is already installed. We pay extra for "delivery to any room of choice", however, i declined the service., Since The tub is bulky but not so heavy i figured we could eventually take it to the bathroom. Very lightweight, I was able to dragg the box closer to the corner my courtyard..I could tell it was a very well made tub; after the box was opened, i could see the tub has a very effectively ergonomically Design. There is no much room in a 59" tub, to add features or have lots of spqce, specially a tub designed for one. The tub is 30" wide, no much room for a lot. Well, see...I can't wait to get it installed; eventhoug I'm not crazy about soaking in a hot tub, definitely I'll be testing this One, and will write a review about my experience.

Great product. This bathtub has completely transformed my bathroom into a personal spa retreat! From the moment it was installed, I could tell the quality was exceptional. The tub itself is deep and perfectly shaped for a luxurious soak, providing excellent support for my neck and back. The jets are powerful yet soothing, strategically placed to target all the right muscle groups.

The tub looks amazing and works great. We've had a few other whirlpools and my wife thinks this has the most powerful jets yet. Well packed too. Great product.

Though ended up a bit bigger in the space than I thought, this is a nice tub that keeps the water hot while in use. My first time was almost an hour soaking with the jets running and I did not have to add more water to keep the temperature up

It is a whirlpool tub for sure and does exactly what it is designed to do. Uniquely fits my small tight space. I really enjoy relaxing in it. What i wish was different would be the loud noise And that the temperature control would work no matter what setting.

No question just relaxing wish I had room for a bigger one but I get in the tub and I love it

I had this tub for around 6 months. I am not happy with this purchase. 1. The control panel is flaky. From time to time, it will not response at all. Sometimes, it will wake up by itself. I knew because it woke me up in the middle of the night making beeping sound and flashing the lights. Very annoying. 2. The 59" is really small. I usually wear XS size shirt and under 5'7". I need to bend my legs a lot to stay inside the tub. Most of the time, my feet need to outside the tub to be comfortable. That leads to 3. The drain location. If I stick my feet out, the drain will be right under me. It is not comfortable and will open the drain accidentally. This is a minor annoyance. Overall, I would not recommend this even though it has all the bells and whistles. Not worth it.

Bathroom looks amazing with this tub. Easy to install as there is a lot of room under it for the electrical plugins and the plumbing is flexible tubing, so it fits easily. One thing I didn’t like, the fittings are all cheap plastic and all leaked. I had to silicone each fitting and rubber washer to keep it from leaking at the drain fittings. For the price, simple quality washers and metal end fittings would have been expected. The wife loves the air and jets! Nice tub. It’s $250 cheaper on the manufacturer website as of 9/1/18. FYI.
