My bottom piece came broke, customer service quickly sent me a replacement no problem. There customer service hands down is top tier!The chair itself is amazing, being a larger woman close to 50 my knees not the greatest with certain things.... 😈. This chair allowed me an my partner to experiment and have an amazing fun time!!! Without popping a pain pill before hand and feeling great during and after.
