No side pockets, cute bag and color but too small.
You need to remove the photos with the side pockets. Its false advertisement. There aren't any side pockets. I can see there ate images without it - but not sure which one to believe if you're showing two styles. The bag is pretty small.

I returned this the same day it was delivered 07/18 because we didn’t like the color. It’s been weeks since I got my refund yet the tracking says delivered

Not a great backpack
This backpack is cute, durable, etc., but, the straps are too thick and hurt my skin while wearing a sleeveless t-shirt. I had to keep adjusting it as it was bothersome. No pockets on the side for water bottles which was annoying, but mostly it was just bothersome. Zipper quality was good, but comfort and functionality were not.
