Very good for running. My Adidas shoes which is already good with this is now ultra comfort. As mentioned by others, it makes the shoes a bit tighter but if you are going to use it for running, it's worth buying. I wouldn't recommend it for long day usage as it may impact the breathing space inside the shoes. It's a great product for a max 1-2 hours of usage. I haven't tried washing it, not sure if washing will affect it's endurance

It's really a superb item with so much comfort.

It provides the comfort inside shoe but it makes the shoe tighter as well. So if you have any existing burn or pain, not suggesting. It provides very comfort.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's very nice product. I used to it my industrial coal mining shoes which is covered till knee. But use this shoes for my agriculture field as a paddy water crops. But this membrane foam is best and proper fitting. I highly recommend to all.
