It Definitely helped with my posture and all back pain, but after awhile it makes me sweat like crazy so probably wear dark colored shirts if possible Hahaa otherwise GREAT!

Good brace but tends to climb up my back. It would be very good if it would stat in place. When I first put it on it really helps straighten my spine but within a couple hours it starts climbing up my back losing the pullback effect. It is better than the others I have tried but still lacks in giving support for more than 2 1/2 hours.

I'm really stuck in the middle because it does kinda keep my back straight. On the other hand it's uncomfortable and hurts a lot around the arms/underarm area. Definitely a 2.5 because it helps and hurts.

This brace kills your underarms. Even with an undershirt my arm pits were raw. I had to add extra padding but it still isn't great.
