Very big and cool but the cap is hard to open

Cute, but came damaged.
It has a big dent in it. Was packaged in the equivalent of a paper bag, no padding, bubble wrap, or cushion around it. Not worth the effort to return it. As others have said, top is (at the moment) impossible to get off. I'll keep trying so maybe I can push the dent out.
