Lightweight, portable solar panels
Set up last Saturday to test charging of my portable battery box. So far works well to charge my battery box with no known issues.Takes getting used to for setting up to prop up towards the sun when it's ~60 degrees or lower in sky. Seems to keep a steady 3-4 amps from the panels according to the meter with 13.5v. it would drop to about 2 amps when one panel was shadowed.

Decent Looking Camping Portable Solar Panel Kit
This review is for the POWERWIN 110W Portable Solar Panel 18V Foldable with Carry Case Solar Cell Charger with 2 USB Outputs IP65 Water & Dustproof Design for Camping RVs Off Grid Emergency Power:I order and review a lot of Solar Power related Items. I love camping off grid and have built a workshop that is one hundred percent off grid and solar powered only. I am going to give you my experience with this product and I am not cutting it down or touting it as a miracle product. Just MY opinion.Of course we campers like foldable stuff. The smaller the foot print the better. This panel folds up pretty neatly although I have found some to be better and thinner. Grommets; Foldable/Portable Panels need grommets to hang up the panel off the side of the camper or poles. This panel only gives four grommets, and they are at the end of the panel. The inner part cannot be supported in this fashion. As far as I can tell this was meant for setting on the ground only. This brings me to my next bug. The Legs! The legs are attached to the panel good, and then there is a strap holding them in place. So when you can get all four panels unfolded and the legs that are attached with Velcro apart, you can stand it up on the ground okay. However: The angle is not properly set up for the sun in the sky. It is for sunrise or sunset here in the south of Alabama. So using a solar angle (dot) finder with the sun, I had to practically lay the unit near flat but propped up with a board to get the maximum angle of attack from the sun.I had to run the tests on two separate days to get readings. The first day was hazy with some clouds but not a clear sky. I was able to get 52 Watts maximum during this time. Not bad in my opinion. So the next test was on a cloudless day and blue sky. Again on this day adjusting for the proper angle, I was only able to get 63.9 Watts. Try as I may I just couldn't get anymore. The product comes with numerous extra adaptors and a set of 31 inch red/black cables with MC4 connectors. They are nice and heavy duty. There is a zippered pouch on the back that is NOT waterproof, housing your cable, adaptors and power box.Pros: Nice Looking Panel - Easily Foldable to a Manageable size - Many ways to connect to the Solar Charger of your choice - Junction box to charge up your phone or tablets - The ability to parallel this Panel to another PanelCons: Heavy, Maybe not really a con - Lacking the ability to string up off the ground with enough supporting grommets and no provided rope hooks - Securing of the legs, wish manufacturers would use a magnet closure instead of Velcro.I will continue to test and use this panel set and make updates to this review as needed. I purposely did not repeat things you can find in the description of the product. So I feel at this time I can rate this panel at 3.5 Stars.

It would be easy to use, but...
Its really heavy. Much heavier than my previous 60 Watt unit. I feel the hinged part is a weak point, so Im looking for a way to mount this semi permanently to slide in behind something.. It does not come with any cords, just connecters, which happened to work with my previous panel. At 110 Watts it charges my laptop, small powerbox, phone, etc fast. I have not tried it yet on tool (chainsaw & blower) battery ot lights. But I expect it will be good. I did buy the extended warranty because my last one was only good for just under a year. I want this one to last longer.

Okay solar panels but beware of MC4 incompatibility
The solar panel is okay, the wattage I got is around 140 watts at noon. However, the MC4 connectors are not working with most on market MC4 connectors, I tried many different vendors but the connection is not working with all of them. I used multimeters to check the terminals and found solar panel’s MC4 have bad contact. It is compatibility issue.

Very small solar panel with typical features, but at a great price
This is a very small 110 watt solar panel at only 14.5” x 17” x 3” when closed, and 59” x 17” x 1.5” when open. It weighs 9 pounds on my scale. The item consists of 4 panels held together by 2 buckles, and 4 small legs held together with Velcro. In my opinion magnets work much better but I would not expect them in a solar panel at this price point. The solar panel has the typical cloth covering, versus the higher quality hard plastic style many higher quality panels use. I tested this panel out a noon with full sun (4/27) and got 89 wattage output (81% efficiency). This is adequate to good efficiency and very representative for a typical solar panel. For superior quality solar panels (such as Jackery or SunPower) I would expect the full stated wattage amount or even a little higher.I did notice that the stated VOC at 21.2 volts is a little lower than what I got when I tested it, at 23 volts.I am not an engineer or an electrician, I am just a typical consumer.Features per description:• 110 watt output• VOC is rated at 21.2• 23% conversion rate• IP65 waterproof• Only 7.7lb (I showed 9lb on my scale)• Monocrystalline silicon solar cells• USB, PD and DC5525 ports• ETFE coatingPros:• Very small size• Very competitive price• ETFE coating (I have never seen this in such a low priced panel)• Has 4 small legs for stability (some lower priced panels come with less)Neutrals:• Typical wattage output at 89 watts• Comes with 5 adaptors but nothing to plug them into• Legs close with Velcro instead of magnets• Handle closes with buckle instead of magnetsCons:• Parameters are not written on the panel itself• 4 panel systems are harder to set up versus 4 panel systemsIn the box:• 110 solar panel with MC4 connecting cable• 5 adaptors• 2 page manualNormally I would give this a 4 star rating for the just average build quality, missing parameters on the solar panel (they are in the manual though) and average wattage output. But since the price is so low, it makes it a 5 star item.Item came well packaged and was undamaged. Sorry but even though I list the photos a certain order, they tend to show up in a random order. I will keep this review up to date if any new issues arise as time passes.
