Where has this pan been all my life?! i followed the directions with the cleaning and then priming with oil ( i usually do this with new pans). my first omelet slid right off the pan onto my plate. no more sticky eggs!

Positive - looks cool and great ergosNegative - I have pans that cost far less with better non stick - save a few bucks , get a caraway , and thank me later .

This is the best nonstick pans I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for a year and it looks brand new! Nothing ever sticks to it. Love it!

I had this pan for less than 1 month. I paid 5x more just to get this “amazing” brand. It was used lightly for cooking simple stuff like omelettes. Never spent a second in dishwasher or in an oven. As you can see the edges are already peeling off - less than a month!What a rip off.

This pan is amazing! I've owned other non-stick pans made by Ballerini, which is the company who makes this AluPro Ceramic pan for Demeyere. I take non-stick pan review with a grain of salt. First thing to understand is that non-stick ceramic pans are NOT designed for high heat cooking, really anything above medium heat is not recommended. When cooking food on low, medium-low, and medium heat, this pan is perfect for that purpose. I've cooked eggs, all types of veggies, chicken and fish in this pan with great success. I've had the pan for 6 months now, and very happy with my purchase. It replaced a Ballerini pan I used for several years.

The coating was rubbing off and chipping. I returned immediately.
