Q: ae these inserts washable?

No they are not washable and actually fell apart quickly

Q: can you tell me exactly how thick in inches,1/8, 1/4, 1/2..??.Thank you

1/4 of an in. thickness. Been buying for yrs. When first tried made my shoes little tight. No worries, with usage they'll go down a bit and form to your feet.

Q: Can someone please tell me the thickness of these insoles in millimeters? Dr. Scholl's said they are "not too thick", that does not help.

Q: how wide are these? have EE shoes

You cut to fit them in your shoes so they are big, but you can cut/trim them to your size.
