Inexpensive & easy fix for broken latches; shipping time was a bit long, but worth it for the price; trickiest part was removing the old broken latches without damaging the window frame, but once the old ones are out the new ones just snap in; check that your old ones are t-shaped (as viewed from above) before ordering, you can also pull out one of the old ones and measure; keep in mind that they are thin plastic and will break if handled roughly-recommend that you push in the levers on the latches while easing the window into the tracks instead of forcefully pushing it in
