It basically works as a cup of coffee, boost your metabolism a little bit, and gives you an extra kick of energy when you train.I don't know if it is just me, but I think this supplement also soften my stool. And made my bowel movement more regular than before. However, sometimes the stool can be watery, but not to the extent of diharrea. I stopped taking this supplement for a week and then retook it to see if all of these is really caused by the supplement.
