This really works!
Before painting this, I had monitored the indoor and outdoor temperature over 10 days. On an average the outside temp was 36 and inside the house temperature was hovering around 33 at 4pm daily. After applying this paint there is a drastic drop in temperature indoors. Past 4 days the temp outside remains at 36 average. However indoors it never crossed 30!! A definite 3-4 degrees drop in temperature. And this 3 deg drop is substantial. Now I dont know how long this will last, but currently quite satisfied with this.

Good and effective. But not 100% efficient
Roof slab is not getting heated like before. But it gets heated to some extent during peak afternoon and can feel little heat inside room. But i feel 70 %of heat is reduced inside room after applying it.Feel its worth using it.I applied it following correct procedure. I have to see how will it stay for heavy rains of coastal areas. I felt paint was reactive to water so its life might not be good in coastal and heavy rain places..

Good but I have a better alternative
Let me provide a comparison of different techniques I had tried on my roof. I tried this so called expensive roof paint and notice that other cheaper alternatives are equal or better to this. This product is good and will definitely reduce temperature by 5 to 10 degrees. But let me give alternatives.1) I tried oil bound paint and they turn yellowish due to UV. They last forever (has lasted over 4 years). But the pure white reflective coating is better and efficient. Yellow tint reduces reflectivity. This is expensive and I don't prefer it.2) slaked Lime is very cheap. The secret is to apply very dilute coatings. It is transparent when you apply and hence you might make a mistake to over coat it. Once you apply, it slowly turns white and becomes pure white after 24 hours. Add 1 kg lime to 2 litres of water. Apply thin coat and repeat subsequent costs after 24 hours. Apply after 4 PM as curing needs to happen without sun's heat. After 3 coats, a very hard layer of calcium carbonate is formed. After few weeks, it gains strength. Never walk over the painted surface for 2 weeks. This is a cheap and best option but it is going to leave residue when you step on it.3) Now with the con of lime, we want to improve it. So add fevicol DDL binder to lime. Take 1 kg lime, 2 litres of water and 250 ml of fevicol DDL. Remember it is DDL and not regular fevicol used for wood. Repeat 3 coats just like option#2. We need to add one coat ever 3 years. 1 kg of lime covers 500 sq ft for single coat. I used spray gun (paint zoom) which increases consumption by 25% but gets job done quickly. 1 kg lime and 250ml ddl is just 25 rupees. Very cheap and effective.Lime allows building to breathe. Natural and safe compared to paints. If you buy lime without slaking, adding water releases heat. Be careful when you add water. Allow it to cool before adding DDL. I buy Surya cool slaked Lime which is already slaked. So it never gets hot and safe to use.I suspect that these so called reflective paints use same lime and binders. But price of these reflective coatings is very high.Try this on a small area and determine the best option. Good luck.

The best heat reflective coating
The product worked as intended and brought down the room temperature considerably. Now I can feel the difference clearly when the ceiling fan is switched as no hot air is coming from it. The coated surface area now looks clean and cool and I can easily wash off the dirt by just spraying water on the coated surface.I recommend this product as the best and effective heat reflective coating for really cooling down the room temperature to a noticeable level.

Long term review of this paintI'm owner of a cold storage & I have painted this on the roof of my machine room, ice plant & house after applying paint i had measure the temperature through infrared thermometer the difference was of 15 degree of painted and non Painted area but after 1year the layer of paint got faded and after measuring the current difference the difference was of 0degree Celsius very disspointed by the product. I was going to order more but now U feel sorry for my decision

Not recommended. Instead, Paint any white colour on roof after cleaning.
I can't vote 4 or 5 as I did not feel major or in other words any big difference.I have bought hygrometers too before applying this coating.I had monitored the before and after readings and have come to the conclusion that it hardly reduces a temparature of 1 to 1.5*c and in my view any white colour paint will reflect the sunlight and do same.Having said that, while applying the paint and before doing same all the procedures were duly followed. From cleaning thoroughly ,to applying coats and allowing time to dry .When it didn't appear as working a 3rd coat was also applied on one room's roof. Not impressed or satisfied with the difference in room temperature when I was expecting results of 3-5*c reduction as claimed. Update-after 3 years the paint has started coming off
