Initially, this tea tasted earthy and is a bit tart. Perhaps I was steeping it too long. I haven't found the need to add sweetener, though. This is great before bedtime as it is very calming and has no caffeine.

I started drinking this tea twoce a day and it is giving me some energy. It doesnt have a bad taste but i add honey to it to add some sweetness.

A lovely helpful tea. So happy to have this wonderful fresh tea. Smells absolutely wonderful. Tastes great. And you get a really nice amount for your money. I also appreciate the positive health benefits that you get when taking a tea like this on a regular basis.

This tea has a very deep nutty/earthy flavor. It's slightly bitter, does not require sweetener but may benefit from just a pinch of sugar.I've been able to steep each tea bag at least 4 times before the flavor diminishes. This pack would be a good value even steeping each bag just once, but it's a great value if you fully utilize them.The tea bags are large and their material has an elegant shimmer, which makes them more enjoyable to use.If you value your liver health and enjoy earthy teas, I definitely recommend this tea!
