My kennel arrived with multiple parts missing their predrilled holes. This wasn't a big deal as I just pulled out my drill to remedy the poor quality control. Where I ran into trouble was that two parts were fully incorrect. Support is "facilitated" by Amazon for this product, but they have no ability to send replacement parts. The only option is to return the product if you have a problem, which you will do at your own cost. It is a bulky item that arrives in partially demolished boxes, so good luck returning it at a reasonable price. I'll be heading to the home improvement store to see what I can find to fashion my own replacement parts in lieu of losing half of my refund in shipping costs. Overall this product is a gamble and you may be better off selecting a different option.Additional notes: If you decide to take the gamble and buy the product, make sure you grab proper zip ties for securing the fencing. The ties sent with the kennel are the cheapest things Decomax could get and are absolutely worthless.

the wire is not very strong and the retention rods are very, very weak easily bent.

It’s total junk flimsy, the top will collapse under a small amount of snow. The company couldn’t even send me both boxes at the same time. I had to wait a week for the second half to come. I should have just saved my money
