the screen and display constantly freezes up. If you try to do a reset it sometimes locks up. If you try to power it off it won't. Then you will try to get any response out of it, nothing at all. The battery gets really hot. The volume of a song or display is barely audible. I got so disgusted with it I threw it on the backyard concrete patio. DO NOT BUY THIS POS UNLESS YOU LIKE AGGRAVATING FRUSTRATION....

Alright I've had some time to check this out and I'm not that impressed. First-slow downloading time,so don't be in a hurry. Then the touch on this is hypersensitive in spots and on the edge it feels like dead spots.. meaning when I touch a spot on the edge it won't respond very well. A big issue is can't use for very long because it heats up fast..to the point of possible melting..so if your not going to use this say for games..I don't recommend it. I get 10 mins in and it's hot so I can't use it for my games. It says it has a screen protector on it..but to me it does not look like there is one on it.Now some positive input...I do like the size ..great to put in my purse if I need to, the case it comes with is like a rubber case ..not good for this considering how fast this heats up..I thought it was going to melt..so take it out of the case if you use it to long, but remember it heats up way to fast. The graphics are good, I just wish it didn't heat up so fast. Hopefully they fix it..I haven't decided if it's worth keeping yet.Another big concern is it takes forever to charge and then it goes through battery life extremely fast. .UpdateAfter some time I have gotten to realize this tablet isn't recommended for gaming..but it's ok for light browsing.Now because of the issue with this getting hot the company reached out and surprised me by giving me a full refund. That's impressive, I have much respect for a company that backs its products...I will try this company again on future items just because they back their products like that.So a big Thank you to them
