I found these years ago perhaps at a HomeGoods. Haven’t been able to find them, but I found them on Amazon and re-ordered them because mine were old. I put them in the dishwasher weekly to get them really clean and after about 10 years, it was time to change!

I recently moved and no longer have a garbage disposal. While the strainer that comes with the sink is fine, it doesn’t catch everything. I like this because you can easily pop out things that accumulate, it works better.

I found this at Ross and they onlyHad one I tried it out and loved them so much I went on here and found them and ordered 4 more so I had back ups! Love.

As we have no disposal, it's important that we have something that can keep stuff from going down the drain. We've tried a bunch, but these work best for us. I knocked a star off as they only last a year or so but aside from that they do the job.

Be careful not to poke w utensils can tear . Now all we need is o e easier to clean but never are. Great item!

Zero stars if I could zero. Of all the gazillion items I have purchased from Amazon, I believe this is the first I have written a negative review. I bought this to plug the kitchen sink; fill it with soapy water, then 5 minutes later, water is gone. It happens constantly… not sure if it’s easily dislodged or what, but it is certainly irritating. Then when I want to drain the water, and push it down to do so, it’s very slow. I should send it back, but I don’t feel like going to the trouble.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my sink strainer. It fits my drain perfectly and plugs the whole to fill up the sink when needed. Its super easy to clean and im able to get it to stick to the side wall of my sink when needed. The strainer is well made and super convenient i even bought an extra for the other side of my sink as well as one for my mom to try out. As long as this item is available to buy i will continue to use it.

It is easy to clean, remove and use but there are limitations that go with the easy use. If the intent to stop a sink from draining it does not do it good. If the intent is to stop crud from going down the drain it does it reasonably good but has to be cleaned often to maintain draining function. And it is easy to remove and clean. I use it mainly to prevent small parts from falling into the garbo while rinsing hand washed dishes and utensils.
