One of those things that u buy when needed and does the trick.. made my back feel much better and the family also loved it.. i haven’t used in a while.. the programmed cycle can feel a bit long but u can also change the settings manually with the remote so is very good if u r short on time as-well.. very easy to set up

It works great
I use it on my waist and it's so easy to adjust the height which I want through shift inflation and deflation. The vibration function is very helpful for me, which make me relax and comfortable. It's a good device to stretch your back
